Thorough, not theatrical

A proper gutter clean is more than vacuuming out the leaves. We inspect, flush and report — so you know your gutters will actually do their job during the next downpour.

Manual removal of leaves, twigs and debris from all gutter runs
Downpipe flushing with mains-pressure hose to clear hidden blockages
Visual inspection of gutter brackets, joints and fascia condition
Minor realignment of sagging gutter sections (within scope)
Photographic report of any issues that need separate attention
Removal of all collected debris from site

One-off cleans or scheduled contracts

The right cadence depends on how many trees overhang your roof and the size of your property. We recommend a frequency at your first visit.

Pre-Monsoon Single Clean

One thorough clean before the November–February monsoon. Recommended for homes with little overhanging foliage. From RM 380 for single-storey.

Half-Yearly Contract

Two scheduled cleans per year (May and October). Best for typical residential properties. 15 % discount on the standard single-clean rate.

Quarterly Contract

Four cleans per year for properties with heavy tree cover or large gutter capacity. 25 % discount on single-clean rates plus priority scheduling.

Strata & Estate Contracts

Bulk-rate contracts for condominium JMBs and residential estates. Custom scheduling, single invoice, monthly progress reports. POA.

Symptoms that say your gutters need attention now

If any of these are familiar, do not wait for the next storm to find out what is blocked.

Water overflowing the gutter edge during rainfall

The clearest sign of a blockage or undersized gutter. Overflow water runs down the fascia, into the wall cavity, and onto the foundation. Schedule a clean immediately.

Vertical stain marks on the external wall below the gutter

Evidence of repeated overflow. The gutter is blocked enough to overtop during heavy rain. Often accompanied by mould or moss colonies on the wall surface.

Plants visibly growing in the gutter

Means soil and debris have built up to a depth that supports germination. Root systems can crack gutter joints. Clean immediately and consider quarterly contract.

Gutter visibly sagging or pulling away from fascia

Often caused by the weight of standing water from prolonged blockage. Indicates probable fascia rot underneath. Requires inspection beyond standard cleaning scope.
