This privacy policy is issued pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

We only collect information that is necessary to respond to your enquiries and provide our services. Specifically:

• Enquiry content: any message text, photographs or attachments you choose to share

Enquiry data from people who do not become customers is retained for 18 months and then deleted. Customer data is retained for seven years from the date of last service, to satisfy Malaysian tax and warranty obligations.
