A small Klang Valley firm that takes the long view
Hexapod started in 2009 as a two-man repair operation in Petaling Jaya. Fifteen years on we are a tight 18-person team, still small enough that the founder personally walks every job that crosses RM 50,000.

From first call to final clean-up
A predictable four-step process so you always know what happens next, who is responsible, and when.
Site Visit
We climb the roof, photograph the issue, and explain what is happening. Usually within 48 hours of your enquiry.
Written Quote
Itemised quotation by email within three working days, including warranty terms and a clear payment schedule.
Scheduled Works
Materials are ordered, neighbours notified, and we agree a start date that allows for weather contingencies.
Sign-off & Warranty
You inspect with us before final payment. Your written workmanship warranty arrives within seven days.

How quickly can you respond to an active leak?
For confirmed active leaks within the Klang Valley we offer a same-day or next-morning emergency call-out, weather permitting. A temporary make-safe is included; permanent repair is scheduled separately.
Do you handle insurance claim documentation?
Yes. We provide loss-adjuster grade photographic reports, damage assessments and itemised replacement quotations that satisfy all major Malaysian insurers including Allianz, Etiqa and Tokio Marine.
What does your workmanship warranty actually cover?
Our 10-year warranty covers installation defects on full replacements: leaks attributable to flashing, sealing, fastening or sheet alignment errors. It does not cover storm damage, third-party interference, or product defects (covered by the manufacturer warranty).
Can you match heritage clay tiles for older Malaysian homes?
In most cases, yes. We maintain a stock of reclaimed Marseille, French and S-profile clay tiles from demolition projects, and we partner with three local kilns for colour-matched replacements when reclaimed stock is unavailable.
How do you price quotations?
By measured area for replacements and restorations, by the hour plus materials for repairs under RM 3,000, and by fixed inspection fee for non-emergency assessments. Estimates by phone are deliberately avoided to protect both parties from surprises.
Do you work outside the Klang Valley?
Our core service area is KL, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, Kajang and Mont Kiara. We accept projects in Seremban, Klang and Putrajaya on a case-by-case basis. We do not currently service East Malaysia.
Is scaffolding included in your quotes?
For single and double-storey homes, light access equipment is included. For three-storey or complex pitched roofs we may sub-contract certified scaffolding; the cost is itemised separately in your quote, never hidden.
